J.B. Adams is not only the owner and founder of Adams Learning, Incorporated; he is also a life-long learner and a warrior in the battle against boring learning experiences.

 

The mission of Adams Learning is to help leaders and organizations raise awareness of their environments and themselves – so they can take responsibility, enhance effectiveness, and push performance to the next level. J.B.’s personal mission is the same, but with the added intention of having fun while doing so.

 

J.B.’s career began at The Walt Disney Company in the 1990s – a time of significant growth in the company known as “the Disney Decade.” There, he partnered with Disney leaders to develop one of Disney Institute’s signature programs, The Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence. In 2001, after eleven years with Disney, J.B. started his own company, Adams Learning, to provide his unique approach to training and consulting to a broad range of organizations.

 

With a long track record of developing engaging, meaningful experiences for brand name companies, J.B. has become a recognized expert in the creation of transformational learning. He helps participants see themselves and the world in a new way, so they can feel more powerful and influential.
